I was reassured every month that they logged the error and that I would not be penalized while we continued to resolve it as I always corrected it manually and made my payments in time. I reported a technical issue with this application every month for 4 months where they were taking auto-payments from the wrong (outdated) account despite my updating the account every month and calling to speak with a representative, report the error, and try to fix it again. Remember when it comes down to $$$ anything really matters! don’t wait for weeks or even complete months to improve it. so keep an eye on these issues/suggestions think about this! Be the best bank app ever. Capital One hasn’t been very successful with these updates.

I mean why not have developers/engineers take a look at the benefits and the full potential of this app. I’m pretty sure that we need that on direct deposit account holders too! I can tell that CO credit cards works way more informative, but other bank service apps has the ability to see notifications for debit card spending already. You can only get texts which helps too, but if you can have texts+notifications all that working at the same time that could be better. So all information regarding your debit card is important too.
